2. Booking and Payment: All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment is received in full and the Customer receives a booking confirmation email. Payment must be made by the specified due date, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of the Booking. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.
3. Pricing: Most prices are live and subject to change. The Company will make reasonable efforts to inform the Customer of any price changes as soon as possible. The final price will be confirmed at the time of Booking.
4. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider (e.g., airline, hotel). The specific cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be clearly communicated at the time of Booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the service provider’s policies. The Company will assist the Customer in obtaining refunds whenever possible.
5. Changes to Bookings: Any changes to a Booking must be requested in writing (email or letter). The Company will endeavor to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee they will be possible. Changes to Bookings may incur additional charges as determined by the service provider.
6. Travel Insurance: The Company strongly recommends that Customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
7. Passports and Visas: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports and visas. The Company is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.
8. Liability: The Company acts as an agent for various service providers and is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during travel, except where such injury, loss, or damage is caused by the Company’s negligence. Any claims against service providers must be made directly to them.
9. Force Majeure: The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, strikes, or government restrictions.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Amendments: The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on the Company’s website.
12. Acceptance: By making a Booking with the Company, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
